These terms govern your purchase and use of My Crypto Server. Buying a license means you agree to them. They're written to be readable — the licensing page covers the version model in more detail.

Your purchase grants one business or owner a perpetual, non-exclusive license to self-host My Crypto Server. You may run it on as many servers and for as many of your own stores and projects as you like. Ownership of the software and its intellectual property remains with us.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the source. You may not deploy it on behalf of clients as a service, offer it as a hosted or SaaS product, or operate it for businesses other than your own. Each separate business that runs it needs its own license.
A license covers the entire v1 line — every 1.x release, including fixes, security patches, new chains, and new features. It does not include a future v2 or other major version line, which, if released, is a separate optional product at a separate price. You are never forced to upgrade.
Licenses are a one-time payment processed through Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Prices, promotional codes, and offers may change at any time; the price you paid is the price for your purchase.
We offer a 14-day refund, valid only as long as you have not cloned or downloaded the source from the private repository. Once the source is on your machine the sale is final. If you're unsure whether it fits your needs, email us before you pull the code.
The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Cryptocurrency carries inherent financial and regulatory risk, and you accept that risk by using the software.
You are solely responsible for securing your servers and private keys, for the correct configuration of your deployment, and for complying with all laws, tax obligations, sanctions, and financial regulations that apply to accepting cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Lost keys mean lost funds — there is no recovery mechanism we can provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms apply for as long as you use the software. If you breach the license restrictions, your license terminates. Your right to run an already-installed copy ends, but we have no remote ability to disable your deployment — compliance is your responsibility.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Last updated June 16, 2026. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
