Privacy Policy

My Crypto Server is self-hosted software. The most important thing to know: your customers' payment data and your wallet keys live on your servers, not ours. This policy covers the limited data we handle to sell and support the product.

Self-hosted by design

My Crypto Server runs entirely on infrastructure you control. We do not host your payment server, we cannot see your transactions, your customer data, or your private keys, and there is no license server phoning home. Anything described below is about our website and checkout — not about your deployment.

What we collect when you buy

When you purchase a license we receive your email address, your name or business name as entered at checkout, and the GitHub username we grant repository access to. We use this to deliver the source, send you updates and security notices for your version line, and provide support.

Payments are handled by Stripe

Checkout runs through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe processes the payment and returns only a confirmation and limited billing metadata (such as country and the last four digits) for our records. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Website analytics

Our marketing site may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand traffic. We do not sell your data or use it for cross-site advertising. The application demo and docs are separate properties with their own minimal logging.

Third-party services your install uses

Your own deployment connects directly to services you configure — such as Alchemy for blockchain data and webhooks, and the chains' RPC endpoints. Those connections originate from your servers under your accounts and credentials. We are not a party to them and receive no data from them.

Email and support

When you email support we keep the correspondence so we can help you and improve the product. We retain purchase and license records for as long as needed to support your license and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. This policy was last updated on June 16, 2026.
